Wall Balls

Used for conditioning training, these weighted balls can be used for squat vertical throws, side throws, passing training, repetitive throwing to a target and core training. Due to its larger diameter than a medicine ball or slam ball, the wall ball provides a unique throwing and catching challenge. 

Available in 4 weights from 8lb, 10lb, 14lb, 20lb, or a full 8lb - 20lb set of 4 including 1 wall ball of each weight.
